职位描述
Key accountabilities:
Develop customer marketing programs and coordinate cross functional teams to implement the aligned programs to meet company set targets;
Develop insights based customer marketing plan for hypermarket channel to deliver brands' targets;
Prepare quarterly by channel brand performance review to evaluate effectiveness of current strategies and identify growth drivers;
Develop customer marketing calendar by combining brand initiatives and trade initiatives that are in line with overall strategies aligned with management and cross functional teams including marketing, BU sales, operation, field sales team, etc.;
Coordinate with field customer marketing team and national key account team to convert national plan into local customer marketing calendar and account plan;
Develop channel sales standard including assortment, display standard, MHDM plan, etc.;
Guide field execution by developing and upgrading execution standard and tools;
Implement, track and review all promotional programs set;
In charge of promoter management, develop and improve its processes and tools to deliver superior in-store communication quality;
Prepare annual/quarterly plan based on volume growth target, market expansion plan and brand communication strategies set;
Manage customer marketing budget;
Develop promoter working standard, guidelines and other training materials to improve the overall execution quality;
Key qualifications required:
At least 6 years related international key customer management experiences;
Good understanding of channel and leading retailer customers;
Excellent communication skill;
Good English and Presentation skill;
Bachelor degree and above, 8 years of relevant working experience with major multinational FMCG companies are required
