ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the guidance and management of Sales & Marketing Director, to work out the systems and procedures of the company national key account sales, lead key account team to execute key account sales and ensure to achieve annual sales targets;
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Provide recommendations and proposals for company sales strategy and planning;
Roll-out month by month cross region’s national key accounts sales targets;
Come out cross region’s national key accounts sales strategy and annual plan;
Sales Procedures and Systems:
Provide recommendations and proposals for improving national key account management process;
Promote and implement national key account management process;
Participate in the formulations of sales behavior standard, performance measurements, customers and distributors’ visiting requirements and standard;
Market Intelligence Collection & Sales Data Analysis:
Provide monthly status changes of national key accounts’ sales volume variance and competitors’ movements;
Brand Management:
Provide recommendations and proposals for marketing department organized nationwide above line activities to ensure the key account team’ smooth execution;
Work out above line activities and planning initiated by key account department and organize its execution;
Pricing:
Work with Marketing Department to come out the prices of national key account products;
Trade Marketing:
Lead the key account team to execute below line activities and trade promotion plans;
Determine key account discount terms and conditions and work out execution plans and arrange specific implementation;
Customer:
Formulate key account visit plans;
Personally visit national key accounts, maintain and develop existing customer relationships;
Timely collect potential key account requirements from all sales regions and keep closely communication with customers for sales;
Expense Management:
Involve expense breakdown and execute accordingly;
Manage below line expense of key account department;
Manage above line expense of national key account;
People Management and Development:
Involve the structure design of sales & marketing team, assist to complete the headcount planning;
Work with HR department to come out key account sales force development plan and enhance team productivity and quality;
Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred;
Over 10 years related work experiences and 4 years key account sales management experiences;
Rich work experiences in food or yeast industry;
Knowledge of food and yeast industry products and key account sales;
Team management capability, decision making capability, business acumen, result driven, strategic thinking, inter-personal communication capability, influence and negotiation capability, analytical capability, teamwork spirit.
