职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责为核电站常规岛提供仪器仪表控制设计以及技术分析;
2.为涡轮机大厅中所有的仪器仪表进行改善和发展,设定合理发展法相并提供合适的设备信息;
3.在过程描述的基础上简历控制方案;
4.与工艺工程师合作设计管道仪表图;
5.为涡轮机辅助系统设计系统设计手册;
6.为涡轮机辅助系统设计精确的逻辑图,包括润滑油系统、液体控制系统、汽封蒸汽系统以及涡轮机监控系统等等;
7.为涡轮机的保护系统及调节系统进行精确逻辑图的设计;
8.遵循动力系统的接口要求;
9.负责准备仪器仪表的电路图以及选择电缆路由;
10.负责准备信号传输以及控制装置得需求文件;
11.负责准备指令传感器安装文件。
任职要求:
1.具备控制工程相关专业背景,热控专业为佳;
2.拥有中高级工程师证书者为佳;
3.拥有至少三年以上在发电厂从事仪表控制系统设计工作,有核电站或涡轮控制系统为最佳;
4.需要非常了解对于核电站设计控制流程;
5.拥有具体设备设计的经验;
6.具有核电站相关项目经验,熟悉DCS和PLC自动化组态包括人机界面图形为佳;
7.能够理解工艺流程图;
8.能够编写技术报告以及计算报告;
9.英文听说读写能力优秀;
10.工作有组织性、积极并严谨,有团队合作精神。
Responsibilities:
1. Provide instrumentation and controls design, technical analysis for conventional island of nuclear plant;
2. Set the direction and recommend the proper equipment for the improvement and expansion of all instrumentation within the Turbine Hall;
3. Establish the control scheme on the basis of process description;
4. Design piping and instrumentation diagrams in cooperation with the process engineer;
5. Design system design manual for Turbine auxiliary system;
6. Design detail logic diagram for Turbine auxiliary system including lube oil system,control fluid system,gland steam system,turbine supervisory system,etc;
7. Design detail logic diagram for Turbine protection system and Turbine governing system;
8. Follow the interface requirements of the power plant;
9. Preparation of instrument wiring diagrams and cable routing;
10. Preparation of requirement document for transmitters,control devices;
11. Preparation of documents instructing sensor installation.
Requirements:
1. Requires a Bachelor Degree in Control Engineering, especially thermal control is desired;
2. Medium or Senior engineer certificate is appreciated;
3. Requires at least 3 years experience in I&C design for power plants, experience concerning nuclear power plant or Turbine control system is highly preferred
4. Individual must be knowledgeable in power plant design control processes;
5. Must be experienced in developing detail designs;
6. Experience working with DCS PLC automation including development of HMI graphics on power plant projects is the preference;
7. Able to understand P&ID drawings;
8. Able to write technical notes and calculation notes;
9. English language: fluency in oral and written;
10. Organized/Motivated/Rigorous and able to work in a team.
