岗位职责:<BR><P>1.Lead the development of specifications for Passive Safety control Components ( EPS/ORC/Sensor…)<BR>-Lead development of component functional specification<BR>-Evaluate and assess potential suppliers for Passive Safety control Components ( EPS/ORC/Sensor…)<BR>-With Tier I suppliers develop component DFMEA and DVP&Rs<BR>-With Tier I supplier develop & validate components<BR>2.Review with supplier for key components selection, concept design analysis and schematic creation<BR>3.Review and verification with supplier for various Passive Safety control Components ( EPS/ORC/Sensor…) unit design, EMC, vehicle bus interfaces, etc.<BR>4.Support an implementation of FIAT/ Chrysler product development process / quality operation system and ensure the milestone deliverables completed on time with quality.<BR>5.Support all APQP activities including PPAP sign-off.<BR></P>
<BR>任职资格:<BR><P>Skilled in written English and fluent in spoken English; <BR>2.Professional in MS office and related project management tools; understand Quality process<BR>3.Expert in Analog (monolithic and discrete linear amplifiers, switching power supplier, filters, etc.), digital hardware design (DSP, microcontrollers, flash memory, DRAM, FPGA, EMC/EMI, etc.) and audio/video circuits<BR>4.Experience in optimization of HW - Module in a real-time, embedded, multi-processor, multi-interface environment<BR>5.Be familiar with Automotive electrical component development process (APQP) <BR>6.Professional experience in Passive Safety control Components ( EPS/ORC/Sensor…) development<BR>7.Familiar with Vehicle E/E architecture and in vehicle network is preferred<BR>8.BS or MS in Electrical/Electronics<BR>9.3+ years of professional experience in digital/analog electronic product development experience.<BR>10.3+ years professional experience in Passive Safety control Components ( EPS/ORC/Sensor…) development.<BR>11.Familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process (V process, APQP, TS16949 etc.); <BR>12.Famous Tier one supplier work experience is preferred<BR></P>
