知名外资企业聘：高级财务主管/Sr. Finance Supervisor-GL/总账

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor closing schedule and second review for GL journals and reports;
2. Organize balance sheet review meeting with unit and review balance sheet file, monitor follow up action;
3. Response for special requirement from unit and process leader;
4. Respons ible for monthly financial statements according to statutory reporting requirement;
5. Manage annual inspection, tax claims and other company licenses change;
6. Assist Finance Manager to review and lead the work of AR/AP function;
7. Filing and managing all payment contracts, including the show related contracts and G&A contracts;
8. Harmonization and standardization on process and documentation;
9. Support on integration project team or ad hoc projects when necessary;
10. Coordinate on internal or external audit;
11. Continuous improvement on accounting process and ensure smooth operation of GL activity.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting,more than 3 year work experience in GL preferably with Multinational Company;
2. Good knowledge on accounting booking;
3. Familiar with local accounting standards, requirements, and tax regulations;
4. Good oral and written English;
5. A team player with commitment to quality, ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines.
