Position: Material Sourcing Manager, Underwear

Major Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all activities of raw materials development and commercialization for apparel category.

· Liaise with R&D, Designers, Merchandising, Quality, Garment Makers, Material Suppliers, Printers

· Manage the process from concept to commercialization and interact with key stakeholders to get feedback on all aspects of raw materials development & commercialization

· Manage and control material cost

· Define different strategy for material supplier that best fit different supply chain models

· Define new processes and policies to create efficiencies internally and externally

· Define and implement new process to provide high level forecast

· Drive standardization and continuous improvement with material suppliers

Requirements:

· A bachelor degree preferably with a concentration in textile engineering, supply chain management

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in textile industry

· Exemplary research and analytical skills are needed to excel in this position

· Negotiation skills are required and ability to manage people and projects

· Candidate must have leadership skills and business acumen, effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills at multiple organizational levels.

· Experience with interfacing to suppliers and senior executives directly with the ability to articulate business issues and customer requests.

· Experience working in a Matrix Management environment.

· Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as Illustrator CS5 or above / Microsoft Office / Outlook / Excel / Power point

· Good command of written and spoken English

· 参与、负责服装产品的原材料开发至成品形成的全过程。

· 与开发部门，设计师，跟单部门，质量部门，制版师，面料供应商，印花部门联系沟通。

· 管理从产品概念到成品所有的流程，在产品的原材料开发的各个方面和客户沟通得到反馈。

· 管理和控制原材料的成本。

· 根据原材料供应商来定义不同的战略，以便更好的符合供应链的模式。

· 定义新的流程和政策，创造更有效的对内、对外工作效率。

· 定义并实施新的流程，提供更高水平的预测。

· 不断地推动流程标准化，以及原材料供应商的持续改进。

要求：

· 本科学历以上，纺织工程和供应链管理专业优先。

· 10年以上纺织行业工作经验。

· 具示例性的研究与分析能力。

· 具有良好的谈判能力，并有管理人员和项目的经验。

· 必须具备领导力，业务的敏税度，与组织的不同层面都具备有效的沟通和人际交往能力。

· 可以按客户的要求将业务事件贯穿始终，并在过程中与供应商和高层沟通并解决问题。

· 有矩阵型组织的工作经验。

· 熟练地运用电脑软件，会使用 Illustrator CS5 及以上版本，Ms Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint等。

· 具备良好的英文书写和表达能力。
