Job Responsibility:
1. Work with CMS closely to fix daily quality issue.
2. Review FPMEA with CMS for different projects.
3. Follow up and validate the ECO implementation in CMS.
4. Perform process audit and work station audit.
5. Monitor supplier quality performance systematically and improve supplier quality continually.
6. Monitor and drive vendor quality performance.
7. Validate the project quality task in real time.
8. Follow up and handle customer complaint.
9. Validate the process and product of the supplier.
Key Requirement:
1. University Degree with major in Engineering (preferably Electronic Engineering).
2. About 10 years work experience and 5 years in PCBA (EMS) industry with 3 years work experience as a team leader,experiences with ISO standard and supplier quality audit.
3. Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 and the related IPC standard.
4. Strong communication skill and logical thinking.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.



- University graduated with bachelor degree

- 5 years or above of working experience in manufacturing field;

- 3 years or above of working experience relating to quality engineering or process engineering; being with electronic, mechanical or metal fields and familiar with international quality/safety standards will be preferred;

- Strong analysis ability in manufacturing process; familiar with common quality control tools; deeply understanding on quality system, and on RoHS system preferred;

- Good command of written and reading English is a must, good oral English preferred; familiar with computer skills as engineer
