Job Description
1. Manage switching power supply Product Engineering department, includes Failure analysis and Testing affairs. Reports to Engineering Director.
2. Yield improvement driving by strategy development and department management for accuracy of Failure analysis and Testing result/cycle time improvement, define and communicate corrective actions to responsible teams, address customer and production line problems by interfacing with applications, product, test, and design teams.
3. Team training and leading to close all issues by following an "8D" process that includes problem statement, development of effective containments, root cause analysis), and the development and validation of effective countermeasures.
4. Failure analysis will involve analysis on testers, bench set-up, defect localization, and root cause material analysis techniques.
5.Review Test coverage and special test instructions, setup and validate test equipment and program, close with design team to address design for Testability (DFT) issues,
6.New tester deployment (Gage R&R, Strain Gage) review for all test equipment and Co-work with Auto-machine team for test efficiency improvement and test cost & cycle time reduction

Requirements:
1.bachelor or above degree in electrical is preferred. Bachelor degree of other discipline with relevant working experience would be considered too.
2.Minimum 10 years work experience, and more than
two years in switching power supply Testing/FA manager position.
3.Fluent written and oral english
4.Able to work under pressure and willing to accept challenge
5. Logical sense and problem solving technique required
6. Good team player and excellence in leadship
