职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY
1. To build and manage efficient and productive local, national, creative and on-line consumer panels to give the R&D community access to consumers in your region.
2. To organise, manage and facilitate focus groups and in-depth interviews.
3. To proactively identify and trial new consumer interaction approaches and methodologies to gain and explore superior and emerging behaviours and insights.
4. To develop and execute capabilities in support of R&D initiatives in:
- Iterative programme shaping and project optimisation
- Product use behaviour and marketed product feedback
- Insight and need generation, exploration and screening
- Claims development and screening
- Prototype evaluation and proof of performance feedback
- Early design / visualization support
5. To identify, form and manage productive relationships with appropriate third parties with value added external consumer capability.
6. To ensure that all consumer work complies with Market Research codes of best practice and data protection requirements are adhered to.
7. To organise and make available the information / material related to the Consumer Sciences activities in a globally accessible repository.
8. To promote and maintain a safe working environment through compliance with established company and regulatory policies.
9. To actively participate in the development and implementation of best practices across the Consumer Sciences team.
REQUIREMENT
1. Good degree in a relevant Scientific discipline.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
3. 1 year+ experience of working successfully with consumers and external parties together with a proven track record of innovation / development capability.
4. Relevant business awareness including commercial / marketing strategy, planning, priority setting and project management.
5. An above average knowledge of statistics and data processing.
6. Experience of international assignment is an advantage.
