Job Descriptions:

1.Interpret Project Brief

2.Analyze customer brands

3.Stay updated with consumer and industry trends

4.Create design concept

5.Lead projects, set directions and delegate tasks

6.Communicate and follow up with engineers and PM

7.Render designs in 2D and 3D

8.Create artworks and 3D files

9.Review and approve designs by Designer

10.Follow up on project mile stones

11.Ensure that projects meet deadlines

12.Create selling design presentations

13.Ensure design to cost and feasibility

14.Present designs to customer

15.Use and evaluate products by OSM and competitor

16.Understand and present OSM’s value proposition internally and externally

17.Review sampling process and samples with PM

18.Perform weekly factory visits (appr. 50% time in China)

19.Weekly time report

20.Contribute to inspiration forum – Insights OSM on Facebook

21.Approve samples

Qualification Required:

1.Higher design education, 5 years

2.Experience from working with international brands and customers

3.Worked abroad is a merit

4.Experience from working with manufacturing in Asia

5.Experience in soft goods/ luggage industry

6.Software skills:

Adobe CS,Rhino/Solid Works,MS Office

7.Fluent English
