工作职责：
通过各种渠道需找合适候选人，并和候选人进行初步沟通；
完成公司分配的简历寻找工作；
协助顾问与求职者进行沟通；
协助公司完成人才数据库的构建，定期完成指定工作报表；
积极与同事展开全方位合作，完成上司安排的其他工作。

经验要求：
大专以上毕业，条件优秀可适当放宽条件；
1年以上招聘，销售，技术，工厂工程师类工作经历（条件好的应届毕业生也可考虑）；
愿意接受挑战，能在比较大的压力下开展各项工作；
踏实肯干，勤劳务实；
善于思考，逻辑思维能力强。

收入：高底薪+高提成
