1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY SCOPE FOR HR MANAGER:
· Office administration:
o Reception & China visit arrangement
o Office tidy, clean and safety
o Office supplies
o Ensure nice working air in TS China
o Office facilities and furniture maintaining
o Company certificates updating
o Work permit application and updating
o Internal assistant for all other teams
o Company activities organization
· HR
o Recruitment & interview
o Employment contract and employment updating
o Personnel information updating
o Leave cumulating
o Monthly attendance record
o Monthly Payroll (local) and salary structure
o Staff manual updating
o Employee relationship
o Training and staff development
o Performance review and bonus plan
2. SPECIFIC SKILLS, BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
6-year experience in HR management and experience in a management position required.
Experience with trading company and familiar with U.S. company culture and value, preferably in a furniture company.
Strong communication.
Organized.
Ability to interact with senior management.
Experience in developing staffs.
Good knowledge of human resource management
English and Mandarin required
Heavy Multitasking Environment (Flexibility & Team Building Skills Essential).
