Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for tracking Factory Production Schedule of all factories on weekly base ( Special case is on Daily base), working with production team to verify the accuracy of factory production status, drive proactive production schedule information as earlier as possible, give Brand window an earlier notification if any potential delay.
2. Responsible for preparing and following up weekly production status tracking reports with factories and Production team.
3. Supporting Senior Planning assistant and act as a coordinator to update PO information of all Brands (such as 1st cfm XF, actual Factory location, delay code, shipping way…etc.) in App. System, run related report from system.
4. Other request from Planning Manager


Eduation/ Experience/Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:
-Billingual in English and Mandarin, at least.
-Have knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
-Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
-Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common packing documents in footwear.
-Good understand and communicate with customer, factory and internal departments.
