Position purpose/Summary statement
?This role will primarily be responsible for tracking Factory Production Schedule of all factories , working with production team to verify the accuracy of factory production status, drive proactive production schedule information, give Senior Planning assistant an earlier notification if any potential delay.
?Responsible for preparing and following up weekly production status tracking reports with factories and Production team.
?Supporting Senior Planning assistant , act as a coordinator to update PO information of all Brands in App. System, run related report from system.
Education/Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-At least three years related experience at reputable footwear company in supplier chain, merchandising and planning, Import / Export business, or related field preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:
-Billingual in English and Mandarin, at least.
-Have knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
-Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
-Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common packing documents in footwear.
-Good understand and communicate with customer, factory and internal depts.
