3、能熟练操作Office办公软件和ERP系统
4、具有较好的文字表达能力；

岗位职责：
1. 本部门文件收发及归档管理.
2. 本部门人事考勤﹐计件工资报表的完成
3. 各种公告信息的传递.
4. 各种请购物料、设备、工具、配件单据的记录归档及请购状况的跟催.
5. ERP工单的数据录入，整理，异常分析，主导本部门工单的正常运行与关闭.
6. 相关日报表、月报表的制作和分发
