主要职责与工作任务:
1. 负责公司日常人事档案的归档和维护管理；
2. 负责公司办公区域环境及设施的日常维护和管理；
3. 负责公司内外部信息的及时传递；
4. 负责公司劳动人事关系相关手续的办理；
5. 负责员工社保关系的日常维护；
6. 负责员工职业资格相关手续的申请和办理；
7. 负责员工招聘的简历筛选、面试通知及接待安排等；
8. 负责考勤及办理员工入离职手续等工作。

任职资格:
中专以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、中文文秘等相关专业毕业；
1年以上人力资源行政工作经验，掌握人事及行政管理等基础知识；
性格积极乐观，有较强的人际交往和沟通协调能力，工作细致、严谨，有计划性，
具有高度的工作热情和责任感，服务意识强；
熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
