JD:

1) Supervisor Inspectors to perform inspection at factories

2) Perform inspection at different stages of production

3) Audit and support on the first production of each new projects, correct and report

any potential quality problem as earlier as possible in the production stage

4) Immediate assistance offered whenever there is enquiry by other project teammate or by the factory,

related to technical issue

5) Ensure all inspectors are qualified on both the industrial knowledge and basic quality concept

6) Timely report with clear and accurate figures on the performance on each factoires

7) Enhancing the continuous improvement of the Asia quality team

Requirements:

Minimum of over 3 years work experience as Quality Supervisor in Footware industry;
Good interpersonal and with solid exposure in multi-national culture and working environment;
Independent, self-initiative and proactive thinking;
Strong problem solving and excellent organizational and project management skills, good communication skills;
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, and should be computer literate
