[Responsibilities]
Responsible for manufacturing engineering activity management

1. Manage manufacturing engineering with using leadership to organize team

2. Manage documentation and meeting of manufacturing engineering

3. Plan and execute actions for team to perform failure analysis, achieve 3.5” HDD yield business goal and attain production plan

4. Work with HDD manufacturing contractor in resolving overall test and yield issues

5. Interface with development team in Japan and support transfer task improvement

6. Plan and execute in yield, DGR and cost improvement projects with other related teams

7. Report to upper management about manufacturing engineering minimum weekly base

8. Assist senior management in team building and skill development

9. Perform other related activities which your superior requests

[Qualifications]

1．College degree or higher, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering background is preferred

2．Minimum 6 year experiences in HDD product engineering

3．Good speaking, listening, reading and writing ability in both English and Chinese

4. Familiar with MS office software

5. Familiar with Six Sigma Quality Management Method

6. Good communication skill with lots of communication experience with the Japanese

7. Good negotiation skill in English language

8. Team work

9. Skillful & analytical for problem solving

10. Self-motivated & proactive working attitude
