General Description
Under limited supervision evaluate, predict, design and implement human centered-machine systems for most areas of manufacturing to improve the overall performance of the production facility.

Responsibilities:
1、Productivity evaluation
Provide continuously monitoring and analysis of the manufacturing processes to ensure appropriate production capacity and resource availability to meet schedule demands. Evaluate labor and material costs to verify the most economical processes are in place.
2、Improvements
Through justifications and evaluations identify prime areas for improvement activities. Track expenditures to ensure outlays within budgeted amounts. Knowledge expert and event facilitator, for Lean/Kaizen activities as intervention tools to positively influence performance.
3、Flow
Provide technical support to most production areas to anticipate and diagnose throughput issues. Employ a variety of analytical and scientific tools to address plant and line layouts, process sequencing/linking, scheduling, and line balancing following lean manufacturing philosophies.
4、Material handling
Support existing and planned revisions to manufacturing areas with appropriate material handling technology. Manage the cost of these devices through cost management methodologies. Identify, reduce, and eliminate worker exposures to ergonomic stresses in the work place.
5、Strategic/manufacturing planning
Assist leadership in advanced planning to ensure future strategies align with plant capabilities. Solve of daily production issue.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
2、Minimum 3 years ME experience in Jigs and Fixture design and sheet metal forming
3、Deep understanding of internal customers and their issues
4、Skilled in using simulation, process modeling and value stream mapping
5、Experienced in lean manufacturing techniques
6、Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
7、Knowledge of Microsoft Scheduler Tool (Excel, CAD, Access)
8、Good writing English, oral is better
