Job Duties工作职责:

· Lead our QC team in Dongguan

负责带领东莞公司的QC团队
· Assist Quality Manager in France to ensure quality system is maintained

协助法国的质监经理，确保质检系统的有效执行
· Formulate and update appropriate quality plans of new projects to ensure the compliance of the product quality requirements, understand the whole process from concept drawings, prototype development, sampling and production. 为新项目制定和更新合适的质量计划，以确保成品符合质量要求。清楚了解从产品概念图，成型，打样到成品出货的每一个环节
· Prepare quality documentation

准备与质量相关文件
· Perform line inspection and in-process control of manufacturing process

再生产过程中监管流水线和生产质量
· Carry out quality control inspections and sampling on raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods

执行
· Undertake routine quality assurance monitoring program

· Carry out quality measurement and assist in research and development work

执行质量管理措施，协助调查和发展工作
· Provide technical support on quality issues

对质量问题提供专业建议和支持
· To perform any other duties as assigned by the management when required

不要的时候执行管理下达的其他工作任务
· Follow the audits of the employees

跟进职工的计件计算工作

Requirements要求：
· Minimum 3 years related working experience in printing and packaging industries

至少3年印刷和包装行业相关工作经验
· Good command of written English and Chinese

良好的中英文书写能力
· Familiar with Word, Excel

熟悉办公软件的操作
· Good interpersonal and communication skills

良好的人际交流和沟通能力
· Well organize, self-motivated, detailed minded and proactive

有组织纪律性，主动性强，一丝不苟，缜密的思维能力
