职位描述
HR ASPECTS人事部:
· To assist Factory Director to implement HR policies.
协助经理建立人事部政策
· To handle the social insurance according to the governmental rules.
根据政府规定建立社保
· To assist on salary for factory staff, individual income tax, pension and insurance calculation and payout for staff.
协助建立员工薪酬、个人所得税、津贴、保险及报销制度
· To assist Factory Director in recruitment, training, performance management.
协助经理建立招聘、培训和管理制度
· To continuously follow up new local government policies and regulations and inform the immediate Supervisor.
不断关注政府政策和相关规定并向上级主管报告
ADMINSITRATION ASPECTS行政部:
· To control the office expenses
控制办公费用支出
· To keep the office clean, safe, efficiency.
保持办公室洁净、安全和高效
· To maintain the equipment usable.
负责办公设备日常运转
· To book the air tickets, hotel accommodations and arrange the ground transportation for colleagues and overseas visitors.
为相关同事和国外来访者预定机票、酒店、安排国内出行工具
· To organize the amusement and social activities for the employees.
为员工组织娱乐和休闲活动
· Others assigned by the Senior Management.

REQUIREMENTS岗位要求:
· College degree in HR Management or equivalent.
大学主修人事管理或同等相关经历
· Good command of written and spoken English.
良好的英文书写和口语交流能力
· 5 years experience in HR & Administration areas.
5年人事管理相关经验
· Proficient in computer Windows, MS Office and Network.
熟练操作Windows、微软办公组件,熟悉网络
· Initiative, self-organized, good learning skill, independent and self motivated.
自主、自律、良好的学习能力、独立、有干劲
