QUALITY CONTROLLER

Job Duties:

Assist Quality Manager in Hong Kong to ensure quality system is maintained

Formulate and update appropriate quality plans of new projects to ensure the compliance of the product quality requirements, understand the whole process or production from concept drawings, prototype development, sampling and production and inspection.

Perform line inspection and in-process control of manufacturing process

Understand and carry out quality control inspections and sampling on raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods

Well understand of any facility or machinery which will be used during production

Undertake routine quality assurance monitoring program

Carry out quality measurement and assist in research and development work in case this is a brand new material

Provide technical support on quality issues to teammate and suppliers

To perform any other duties as assigned by the management when required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years related working experience in printing and packaging industries (experience in working in factory would be highly prefer)

Good knowledge in printing and packaging production

Good command of written English and Chinese and Mandarin

Familiar with Word, Excel or Adobe illustrator or Corel Drawing

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Well organize, self-motivated, detailed minded and proactive

Frequent travel to China or stationed in China
