We are a representative office for a leading Italian furniture import company who bases in Dongguan. In line with our business expansion, we are looking for the suitable candidates for the above mentioned position.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up overall sample developments, new orders, payment and shipment documents.
• To communicate daily with head office for orders, pricing and shipment related information.
• To monitor factory daily production schedule to ensure shipment is on time.
• Data entry for shipment schedule and communication with local suppliers.

Requirements:

• Possess good spoken & written command of English and Mandarin. Have a certificate of CET 6 or above.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate with skills in Excel and Words.
• Ability to work independently, ability to handle multi-task & under pressure.
• Possess right attitude, hardworking, initiative, optimistic thinking, responsible & good analytical skill.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Experience in accounting and taxation would be an advantage.
• Female in priority.
