POSITION SUMMARY
Our Client is a world leader of logistics supplier with locations throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Report to: Assitant Regional Manager of CS
- Job Purpose: The jobholder is accountable for supervising the whole process of sales order fulfillment for customers of East of China. He/She has to assist to operations team to manage the order fulfillment rate and follow up any complaints received from the customers. He/She is also the key person to manage the bonding relationship activities with the customers.
- Work Relationships:
- Internal: Department heads and Supervisors of IC, Trans, Centre, F&A teams
- External: Strategic Customers
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Services Routine:
- Supervise the process of sales order taking, order revision and stock recovery
- Ensure the sales orders are communicated to relevant operations teams in a timely and organized manner for order selection, product loading and product delivery
- Manage the Over/Short/Damage (OS&D) rate and follow up with other operations team.
- Disseminate product and promotion information to relevant operations teams and customers
- Supervise sales invoicing and the preparation of sales reports
- Liaise with relevant operations teams to meet customers' special requests and quote extra costs whenever necessary
- Deploy additional manpower by arranging Sunday / holiday backup
- Plan and approve customer services revenues and expenses
- Assist in the stock count process with Inventory Control, Center and
- Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Prepare strategic plan and annual departmental budget
- Seek continuous process and quality improvements by streamlining work procedures and researching technological advancement
- Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth
Customer Relations Management:
- Develop direct and different communication channels with customers' operations management such as phone, e-mail and meetings
- Attend customers' store briefing for major sales promotions
- Visit customers' stores
- Support and participate in customers' project such as ADP and Customer feedback
- Arrange customers' DC visit
Staff Training and Development:
- Build up the customer services team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment
- Develop and execute succession plans and personal development plans
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure sales orders are processed in an accurate and effective manner and the customer services operation standards are maintained at a high level.
- Seek for proactive understanding of customers' needs and business plans.
- Promote organizational image and value to the customers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills.
- Strong numerical sense.
- Problem solving skill and logical thinking
- 5 years customer relations, customer services or sales administration experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Knowledge in local logistics
