RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
· Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

· Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to products as the project develops.

估计产品、项目和服务的成本效率，根据项目进展追踪实际成本
· Consult with suppliers, senior management and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

与供应商、主管和其他部门相关人员讨论和规划预算，解决问题
· Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

制作估价表以便计划、组织和开展工作
· Prepare estimates for use in selecting qualify suppliers.

制作供应商成本比较表
· Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more costeffective to produce or purchase components.

关注物料和人工要求，选择最优成本方案（自行生产组件或外购）
· Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of each project.

为每个项目的不同进展阶段制作成本估计表，支出说明及其他文件
· Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers.

制作和更新供应商目录
· Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

建立成本控制&报告制度及程序
· Establish and maintain production process, and conduct price negotiations.

建立和维护生产进程，负责议价工作
· Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.

REQUIREMENTS岗位职责:
· 2-3 years experience in Paper Bag and box industry;

2-3年的纸袋或纸盒行业工作经验
· Good command of Written and Spoken English is an added advantage but not mandatory;

良好的英文书写和口语交流能力将会优先考虑
