Main areas of Responsibility主要岗位职责:
Reading, monitoring and responding to email,
Help mangers to manage output, workflow and office deadlines
查阅,跟进和回复邮件,协助经理跟进生产,工作流程和日常办公的截止期限
- meeting and greeting visitors,
接待来访者
- answering calls and handling queries,
接电话,回复询问
- liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
员工、客户等人员关系的维护
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
整理和维护工作流水日记,安排预约和见面事项
- organizing travel
安排旅行/出行
- writing minutes,
备备忘录
- managing a budget,
做预算
- conducting research on the internet,
网上信息搜集
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
起草文件,便条,报告和演示文稿
- preparing presentations,
- preparing papers for meetings,
- managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
- sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
- managing projects,
- maintaining staff leave cards and monitoring attendance sheet,
Skills:
Ideally educated to degree level
A minimum of four years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level
Shorthand and excellent typing skills- Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience of working within an international environment, ideally international organization or multinational private sector
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional telephone manner
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Bright, confident personality
Well presented
Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
Good willing
Good spoken and writing command in Chinese and English are essential
