Responsibilities:
1 Monitor competitive trends, identify the organization's position and participate in the development of Compensation & Benefits policies.
2 Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.
3 Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Faurecia's job grading is properly used.
4 Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.
5 Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.
6 Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
7 Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.
Qualifications :
1 Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
2 3-5 years Compensation & Benefits working knowledge
3 Familiar with HR Information and Payroll systems, as well as MS office
4 Ability to draw and use statistics
5 International mind set
6 Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
