PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To be responsible for maintaining and develop new IT channel and Power Var via phone and deal with internal sales opportunity and daily work of the request from all channels and customers. Like as conflict between with channel, sales policy explanation, bidding documents preparing, data support etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.To achieve target number assigned by National IT Channel Manager.
2.To drive IT channel regional management by enhancing channel marketing policy, driving promotion programs, collecting resellers stock and sales data, and daily operation.
3.To set up a whole country Top 50 channels name list, regularly contact with channel to push them get more sales opportunities and track some important projects proceeding.
4.To set up a big SI database, and call on them to confirm IT channel candidates. Affect them with Eaton brand and products to push them transfer sales opportunities to Eaton.
5.To follow up name list given by marketing or outside sales to ensure more sales opportunities.
6.To prepare bidding documents and do good communication with other internal department for big projects.
7.To analysis sales data from IT Channel to find issues and call to channel. Give proper proposal to channel to improve their performance and get better number.

2. business acumen, marketing analysis
3. customer complains handling and customer management
4. sales and negotiation skills and communication skills
5. technical expertise of power quality products
