职位描述
Position Accountabilities:
1.Coach customer service representative on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, and achievement of individual and departmental performance targets;
2.Supervise customer service representative to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards;
3.Ensure all incoming messages from overseas offices relating to customer service support are attended to promptly and efficiently;
4.Handle assignments as required by relevant departments to increase business prospects for the company;
5.Ensure company procedures and policies are followed by customer service staff;
6.Verify and compile statistics relating to the management of customer service;
7.Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the department head.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1.Junior College diploma or above;
2.Minimum 2-year experience in Airfreight & in the filed of customer service;team leader & Key Account Management experience is preferable;
3.Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
