财务分析专员(Contractor)
主要工作职责

Management Accounting

· Preparation of Annual Budget, Rolling Forecasts and monthly forecasts and upload to Global Consolidation tool (e-Planning and BCS).
· Update latest revenue/OIT status to the business responsible on regular basis.
· Variance analysis on the Business Unit performance & communication to the Financial Controller. Suggesting corrective actions to actual variances against budgets and forecasts.
· Monitoring implementation of those actions to ensure the achievement of Company objectives and in particular the successful realization of the annual business plan and Budget.
· Ensure consistency between official reporting and the management reports.
· Review summary form and business documents to conduct controls over customer service contract and other business.
· Review third party payment request to make sure standard policy and process are accurate followed
· Meeting internal, regional & external reporting requirements in terms of timeliness and format.

Financial Accounting:

· Participate in month-end closing, prepare journals per Philips accounting policy.
· Manage Accruals and Provisions.
· Respond to questions from the business and Controllers.
Analysis:

· Expenses analysis
· BS review and analysis
Financial Literacy

· Acting as a resource for financial issues within the business.
Business controls:

· Monitor contract are created accurately with the correct billing plans.
· Monitor revenue are recognized correctly.
· Monitor OIT are booked accurately and claculated
· Liaison with internal / external auditors and follow up of recommendations

Reporting

· Set up and organize database and responsible for some financial/management reporting



主要挑战

Co-ordination of flow of financial information between the business team and F&A team, ensure a strong working relationship with peer groups and other members of the Finance department.
Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with customers, include internal customers and external customers.
Review and investigate customer services business and operation, standardized and optimized the policy and process, compared with other KM for our local improvement.
