职位描述：

1）负责新产品转移PIM及编写相关产品作业指导文件，并跟进首次生产过程；
2）负责产品批量变更审核及相关作业指导文件编写；
3）负责生产过程中出现的原料异常、过程异常及QC不合格等问题，查找原因、调整方案及改善措施；
4）负责产品品质问题投诉，与相关方沟通，调查原因、制定改善措施；
5）其它：负责涉及产品质量及工艺等问题改善项目。

任职资格：

1）本科以上学历，化工相关专业；
2）3年以上相关化工厂工作经验，有良好的安全意识；
3）熟识了解普通化学品属性及配方型产品生产模式；
4）良好的沟通技能及团队合作精神，英文读写能力良好。
