职位描述
Promotion
- Proposing and execution of routine Dept.Store promotion
- Promotion sets designation base on inventory checking, margin calculation
- Review the promotion sets result and search for the further updates and developments
Product Management
- Corporate with sales dept. for new product ordering plan and old product disconnect proposal.
- Base on current marketing knowledge for retail price calculation, price review and price adjustment
- Actively pass the potential customer to Sales Dept.
Training
- Conduct product knowledge and demonstration training to promoters.
- Develop/update the display/demonstration procedure when necessary
- Conduct product training to media or other cooperation when needed
- Involve in promoters' performance evaluation
PR & Branding
- Retail background
- Maintain current media relationship, press release draft and preparation for more exposure
- Build up new relationship with certain media(magazine, TV program, Corporate website) after evaluation
- Propose and initiate sponsorship with potential cooperation
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of media/branding events, exhibitions
- Cooperate with sales dept. for relevant events or promotion activities
- Relevant price negotiation
Marketing Material Development
- Developing and managing the whole process(include but not limited to drafting, layout, translation, presswork.etc) of the promotion material (include but not limited to POP,DM,catalog,flyer,instruction manual)
Others
- Competitor investigation and Creating further marketing strategy proposal base on relevant competitor investigation
- Build-up joint-promotion potential cooperation
- Annual marketing budget
- Monitor and control cost for own department
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Over 10 years retail experience in international company
- Strong understanding of numbers and budget control
- Excellent Communication skills and hands on management experience
- Bachelor or above
- Fluent English and Mandarin in written and verbal
- Self-driven, aggressive, tough
