Purpose for the Job 职务目标
根据市场部样品申请表的要求取样，包括原料、产品及贸易品。
To take the promotion samples for products, raw materials and trading goods according to sample request sheet required by marketing Department.
将样品分类放置于合适的环境里并协助进行样品管理。
To classify all the samples and keep them in suitable storage condition & sample management.

Principal Accountabilities 主要职责
及时收集样品申请单，并复印给相关部门/人员。
To collect sample request sheet timely and make copies for related departments/persons.
正确、适当地取样，确保及时地将QC合格的样品送至客户处。
To take the samples correctly and properly, to ensure that only the QC approved samples shall
be delivered to the customers in time.
正确贴上标签并作好样品发送记录。
To put proper labels and keep sample dispatch record as well.
样品发送记录严格保密，禁止未经许可透露样品发送信息。
To keep the sample dispatch record as secret, it is forbidden to disclose the dispatch information without permission.
保存生产产品的留样并进行分类管理，以备后用。
To categorize and preserve the retained samples for further use.
负责相应的工作场所并始终保持工作场所的整齐、清洁。
To be responsible for the working place and make it always clean and tidy.
对样品库中的所有促销样品作好相应的规范的标签。
To clearly label all the promotional samples in the sample warehouse.
应工作需要，与其他部门作好及时沟通及交流，使得样品顺利、及时、准确地进出样品库。
To communicate with different departments according to the requirement, make it smoothly to receive and dispatch sample.
在完成本职工作前提下，协助实验室部门配制样品。
To assist Lab’s personnel to confect samples after finishing own task.
执行上级安排的任务。
To follow the instructions given by the superior.

General SHEQ Accountabilities安全、健康、环保及质量方面的职责
履行公司安全、健康、环保和质量部门分配的任务。
Conducting tasks delegated by the company’s SHEQ team.
Ensure following of the company’s Management system, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.
