Role & Responsibilities

• Sales Management
• Ensure all sales to effectively use Agility CRM tools without exception
• Establish and enforce sales KPIs to optimize sales productivity
• Management of sales leads
• Management of trade lane development
• Develop sales strategies
• Positioning Agility against competitor's services and products
• Prioritize business opportunities
• Coordinate on marketing support around new or enhanced services.

• Sales Development
• Identify sales training needs and co-ordinate on training programs
• Cross train sales to enable sales to sell solutions on all trades, all products
• Recognize and encourage sales performance through incentive programs
• Conduct regular coaching calls to lead and direct sales

• Business Development
• Ensure incoming sales leads are promptly attended
• Ensure outgoing sales leads are managed through CRM tool to track on performances
• Use FOB vendors as leads to distribute to respective sales teams for up-selling
• Liaise with respective product teams (air, ocean, contract logistics) on new product development and communicate to sales
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to align sales strategy and focuses, gather and communicate market intelligence to management and product teams
• Gather and communicate development of markets pertaining to our targeted trade lanes
• Work with implementation teams to ensure new businesses be properly landed and handled
• Ensure proper management of SOPs and work with Quality Manager, South China to measure performances to ensure service quality
• Attend trade shows to generate new sales leads for respective sales teams.

• Business Retention
• Ensure inside sales teams contact existing customers on regular basis to help sales persons to maintain close relationship
• Ensure inside sales to deep-sell on value-added services to support contract logistics development in South China particularly the newly established South China domestic logistics platform
• Communicate to respective operations management on service failures and enhancements

• Market Intelligence
• Execute local market research as needed
• Research local economic and trade information to develop reporting for regional and corporate market share performance
• Analyze country-specific trade lanes and markets and producing monthly newsletters to update trade counterparts
• Support Growth Strategies with customer and competitive tactical support
• Coordinate customer segmentation within Business Unit
• Assist with corporate market research initiatives

Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

· Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent a plus

· 5 years above working experience in Sales Manager role

· Demonstrated proven experience in regional sales management

· Good language abilities, both spoken and written English
