职位描述
Network Development Director
Directly report to European Commercial Director you will be responsible for:
· Set up distributor development plan and management strategy both at central level and regional level
· Establish an efficient distributor manage system, cover the whole China, to meet annual sales target and enhance company to develop retailing service
· Assist existing distributors to enhance their productivity and performance
· Establish an aggressive evaluation system to promote distributor sales capability
· Set up a feed back system to analysis distributor's requirement and need to migrate sales policy
· Use Six Sigma and TQC to satisfy customer requirements
· Set up a management system to control the cost of distributors
Qualification:
· 5+ years experience in the automotive industry - commercial area,
· Experienced in network development - dealership management and in market analysis
· University degree (advanced degree preferred)
· Chinese national and speaks English fluently
· Strong leadership, organizational & team-building, skills, analytical mind
