职位描述

Responsibilities:
l Position is responsible for maintaining & establishing volumetric business over China.
l Evaluate and qualify distributors, achieve sales team target
l Manage and control the operation of contract distributors in term of pricing, product selection, sales revenue recognition, inventory control etc.
l Allocate and manage distributor territory, based on specific information and company rule.
l To support and manage existing distributors including technical and commercial issues. To support and manage their sales and marketing activities, and to work together with distributors to promote Dosmatic/Chemilizer in animal health, horticulture, and other general industries., etc
l Grasp entire market information; provide proper judgment to sales and distributor.
l Execute market strategy and promote Brand of the company together with the distributor
l Work independently at both Chinese office but to travel especially in China.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
l University Degree preferred, major in administration or engineering.
l Familiar with the livestock/irrigation business
l Minimum 2 years experience with Selling to and managing distributor business.
l Excellent communication skills, learning capability, self motivator, a good team worker.
l Ability to communicate effectively in English
l Solid basic understanding of electronics, mechanics
l Working knowledge of computers, the Internet and web-related resources
