MISSION
As the fundamental investment in China to achieve China business goals and strategy, Territory Manager's key initiatives including regional channel recruitment and management, key customer relationship development and maintenance, sales revenue contribution, government and various alliances relationship development for long-term business digging, etc. It is critical to our success.
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop strategy for the relevant segment throughout the region
Drive sales and profitability within the region
Develop regional end user/customer/channel strategies
Manage channel and key account in the region
Work with the local partner to implement business strategies
Provide training to the local partner to build capability and ensure effectiveness
To fill unmet needs, work with the other China team member to develop sustainable differentiated solutions that will improve the entire value chain
COMMENTS
A minimum of 8 years of business experience with world class multinational companies, of which 5 years must be gained in relevant sales segment.
Experience in the IT/Auto ID industry is highly preferred.
The ability and experience to work in a major US-based or progressive MNC with a strong corporate culture and highly matrix management
Experience in developing and managing channel business is a mandate.
High level of intellectual capacity - ideally holders of MBA degrees
Excellent command of English and the local language
Strong communication and presentation skills
