Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
?? ? ? ? Focus on influential architects, structural engineers and facade companies for specifying the AI material into the projects
?? ? ? ? Build and manage a project pipeline robust enough for product accelerated growth objective
?? ? ? ? Develop new application as repeatable business in certain construction segments.
?? ? ? ? Collect market, industry and competition information, work closely with global and regional marketing team for strategy upgrade, localization and implementation
?? ? ? ? Work closely with Market Communication team to build up the brand awareness in the industry
?? ? ? ? Well manage the external consultants to achieve the growth objective for large size construction projects
?? ? ? ? Work closely with sales team & distributors to streamline the demand and supply, improve forecast accuracy
Qualifications:
?? ? ? ? College degree(B.S.) or higher in architecture or engineering
?? ? ? ? Min. 5 years of working experience in related industry
?? ? ? ? Results-oriented with the ability to influence, network / collaborate with others and work in teams
?? ? ? ? Fluent English skill both in oral and writing
?? ? ? ? Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills
?? ? ? ? Willingness to have frequent business trips in China
?? ? ? ? Creative, ability to think expansively with logic and analytic skills.
?? ? ? ? Ability to manage different types of marketing event.
