职位描述
?To achieve the following performance requirements for market: annual sales budget; product mix and price achievement.
?Develops strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, owners & customers.
?Manages & develops distribution channel.
?Tracks top new construction and renovation projects via your sales team to make sure we ?convert specifications to orders.
?Working knowledge of key competitors in market and works with marketing and sales team on proper positioning of products and pricing.
?Creates customer value and competitive advantage.
?Reviews and makes decisions on special pricing for ceilings and grid for major projects.
?Identify and prioritize promotional efforts for seminars, building material signage, etc with marketing teams.
?Functions effectively as a leader of a focused selling team to achieve individual, team and business objectives; mentors & coaches sales organization.
?Builds team spirit and foster proactive communication amongst sales team and both internal and external customers.
?Functions as role model, and player-coach, for less experienced, less knowledgeable colleagues.
?Is 'senior' expert-a 'go-to person' for teammates-for knowledge and experience that enable sales effectiveness.
?Initiate training and development of sales organization.
?Manages the Results Dialogue Process for all direct reports.
?Develops, initiates & manages customer rebate programs with CSC and finance.
?Develops, initiates & manages sales incentive programs.
?Learns and improves continuously through individual and team training and development initiatives.
