Job Description:
- Provide HR day-to-day administration support and professional HR advice and services to Southern China
- Work with line manager to identify manpower and recruitment needs, monitor headcount control, managed entire recruitment and selection process from advertising, short-listing and interviewing candidates, reference checking and proposing offer;
- Identify, sourcing and implement effective recruitment channels and programs in order to attract talent;
- Assist in integration and change management through effective communication;
- Arranged engagement, employee movement and exit formalities, including package negotiation, employment letter preparation, process and procedure maintenance, exit interview and conduct staff retention analysis;
- Provide Induction and New Hire Orientation;
- Assist in streamlining HR policies, procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Engage in employee relations function;
- Prepare periodic HR reports and participate in ad project as assigned.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years' solid HR generalist and supervisory experience in sizeable company, previous experience in Logistics industry is highly preferred;
- Be motivated and driven with the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment;
- Mature, able to work independently, resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Outlook, especially MS Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
