Perform analysis on assembly and test defect from production and qualification on semi-finished or finished products. Define the FA flow for each FA case. Generate FA report and assist process eng to find the root cause of defect. Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment logsheet. Develop the FA process and FA capability for new product and new technologies.

1. Familiar with semiconudctor assembly process and technology.
2. Familiar with flash memory and DRAM product technology and structure.
3. Understand flash memory and DRAM product test process and methodology.
4. Skillful in performing failure analysis with FA tools or methodology such as X-ray, CSAM, SEM/DEX, Decap.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. Good teamwork spirit.
7. Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill.

Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of related experience.
