Job description
Solution Sales lead and deal maker for E&U industry, responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet business needs Required to have 10 years working experience in E&U, particularly about solution development and solution sellinging experience; Able to call and dialogue C-level customers; Strong preference for candidates with power engineering and consulting background; Defining IBM’s value proposition, win strategy and competitor differentiators; Strong self-motivation and team player; Proven leadership skills to lead/coordinate cross BU team ; Strong ability to learn fast and operate effectively in a global organization; MBA/oversea business working experience are also helpful. Develops and implements market strategy and plan to target key clients within the industry Consultative selling skill, conducts client negotiations on very complex issues at the senior executive level reaching lasting agreements and commitments. Develops the strategies and tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances, subcontractors, competitive strategies, tactics and responses. Strong drive to succeed and want a challenging, Teamwork at highest levels Good communication skill in English and China (both written and oral)
