Entry requirements:

· A recognized university degree or equivalent level, and with at least 3 to 5 years practical experience in conducting labor compliance audits at factories (candidate with lesser relevant practical experience may also be considered in merits of other specific job experience and skill).

· Fluent knowledge of China labor laws and regulation.

· Detail-oriented, with common sense, and strong organizational skill; be able to make sound judgment under conflicting situations.

· Initiative and practical approach to help factory to solve labor compliance issues; possess balanced sense of urgency.

· Mature, high degree of integrity, strong communicator and proficient in written and verbal English (in some countries, auditor is also required to be proficient in local language(s) of workers, for example, in China, proficient in written Simplified Chinese and spoken Putonghua is a must).

· Be open-minded to learn, acquire and apply new knowledge, skill, technique and method as directed by management.

· Willing to travel extensively and independently.

· Preference to the candidate who has working experience in brands n retailers.
