Responsibilities:
？ Oversee the company’s manufacturing operations including production plan, workflow, quality control system, delivery schedule, supplier, worker management, social compliance, etc.
？ Responsible for overall budget, P&L planning and result.
？ Analyze the workflow systematically and produce appropriate reports to improve cost and efficiency.
？ Drive for continuous improvement for operation manufacturing cost, KPI, quality, lead-time, process capability, etc.
？ To lead and provide management and technical expertise in maximizing production efficiency and maintain high quality service at all time.
？ Liaise with different departments to ensure efficient production and on-time shipment to customers.
？ Report directly to Chief Administration Officer

Requirements:
？ University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Operation Management/Printing Design related disciplines.
？ Minimum 8 years solid management experience in printing, publishing manufacturing operation.
？ Good interpersonal and communication skills
？ Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
？ Familiar with International Quality standards, safety standards and strong management philosophy; good knowledge of PC applications
？ Strong business acumen, innovative and with a passion to success
？ Proactive self-starter with detail minded and cost conscious individual; confident in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making, strong leadership and people management skills
？ Familiar with international customer conventional requirements.
