Job Description:

工作要求

- Follow detail merchandising
in factory: sourcing, quotation, production, etc.

寻找家具供应商和原料采购，跟进报价,大货生产

- Follow product development,
testing, technical drawings and technical problem solving with required quality
level

跟进产品的开发，测试，设计图纸以及解决工艺操作的难点, 保持高品质的工作水平

- Conduct INSPECTIONS per our
standards: During Production, During Packing/Final and Loading

按公司标准验货：产品生产，包装以及装柜出货

- Review QC reports, follow
existing reporting systems and generate high quality reports with pictures and
comments

跟进验货报告, 按公司报告程序，制作附带产品图片的检查报告

- Manage factory relationship
constructively

进行有效的工厂管理和沟通

- Actively communicate with
direct manager and QC manager regarding the inspections or any factory related
issues.

良好的内部沟通能力，协调项目经理，验货主管处理验货以及工作相关的问题

- Strong in paperwork and
other office reports

文书，电脑操作熟练

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

具体员工要求：

- At least 5 years experience
as merchandiser in a factory or Foreign owned export company

至少5年以上生产跟单经验，在工厂或外资公司工作优先

- Experience with wood, glass
and metal furniture products

熟悉实木，板材类，玻璃，铁制类家具产品

- Follow OEM projects, from development to
orders and re-orders

跟进OEM产品，跟进产品的开发到正式订单采购并重复采购

- Self-motived, well
organized, able to work independently

工作积极主动，个性独立，高效管理，具有团队合作意识，

- Proven ability to follow new
product development.

跟进新产品的开发，检验,确认

- Understanding and checking
packing standards

熟悉各类型家具的包装要求规格并进行检验。

- Technical or furniture
degree will be a plus

技术工程或家具类毕业的优先

- Experience with EU and US
testing standards will be a plus

熟悉欧美的家具测试标准优先

- Good command of written
& spoken English

能用英语进行沟通（但不是必要条件）

- Proficiency in MS office
software & email

熟练使用电脑办公软件和邮件收发

- Expert in taking pictures
with a digital camera

熟练使用数码相机

- Occasional travel is
required 可以出差
