Job Responsibility:
1. Assist the C&B manager to manage all HRIS systems to improve the efficiency of daily HR administration work;
2. Define HRIS management policies and procedures to provide guidance to all users & related parties and enhance information management;
3. Work together with IT department or vendors for new system plan, design & test;
4. Work together with IT department or vendors to optimize the existing HRIS systems as needed;
5. Train end users and provide necessary support to end users as needed;
6. Responsible for Eaton HRIS information maintenance per request;
7. Follow up other tasks assigned by management team.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above. With major in Human Resource or Computer Science is preferred;
2. Solid experience in HRIS system design, test & use, optimization, use;
3. Good experience & knowledge in C&B function;
4. Good communication, coordination, interpersonal and organization skills as well as a good team-player with diverse teams at all levels;
5. Strong sense of confidentiality & be able to work independently under pressure;
6. Good command of PCs and MS office appliance and internet knowledge;
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
