1)Counter check the production schedule report send by suppliers and PO details, check with USA team and the suppliers to fix the difference.

2)Based on QC team’s approval sample list(or check with the suppliers), sort out the new items and put them together on the new items list and update it by weekly.

3)Follow up closely with the suppliers on the material and production status for all the new items, push the suppliers to send out PP/MP plan to our PQE team in advance.

4)Contact with internal packaging team and the packaging suppliers, make sure the packaging material can be on time delivery to fulfill the customer order requirements.

5)Communicate with the teammates in China office and report to USA colleagues when you are alert there is any potential issues of packaging materials will delay the open orders.

6)Follow up closely with the supplier on the production schedules that they committed, need to negotiate with the suppliers to find out the feasible solutions if the dates can’t meet our request date or any delay.

7)Regular statistics reports.



Job Requirements:

1)Junior college or above;

2)More than 2 years’ relevant working experience in production planning & scheduling follow up. Familiar with IPod accessories (including protector & electronic products)

3) Self-motivated, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skill and good sense of responsibility, a good team player can work individually and under pressure.

4) Travel in the Pearl River Delta area needs to be.

5) Good knowledge of computer operation (MS Office/email)，numerical accuracy, Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese；

6）Working experience in European and American enterprises is advantage.



工作职责：

1）每周核对供应商发来之生产排期及本公司的订单资料，跟进有异常之处（与美国同事沟通或与供应商沟通解决）。

2）根据QC部的样板批核清单（也可以跟供应商查对），查找出相应的新产品资料，并把它们归纳到新产品排期表中，每周进行定期更新。

3）密切与供应商沟通跟进新产品之物料及生产进度，跟催供应商要提前发送PP/MP排期表给本公司PQE组。

4）联系本公司包装部及指定之包装物料生产厂，确保包装物料如期到位以满足生产订单之需求。

5）当意识到包装物料有潜在的问题可能延误订单的交期时，要提前知会本组同事及报告给美国 同事。

6）对于供应商回复之订单排期，要密切跟进是否符合本公司要求之交货期，如有延误，要与供应商商讨可行之解决办法。

7）做好定期统计报表。



入职要求：

1）大专及以上学历；

2）2年以上工厂生产计划及跟单工作经验，熟悉ipod配件（包括保护套及电子产品）；

3）工作积极主动，条理分明，有良好的沟通和协调能力，有责任心和团队合作精神，并能独立完成工作，能承受工作压力。

4）需要经常在珠三角范围内出差。

5）电脑操作熟练（MS office/ Email), 对数字敏感，有良好的中英文基础（说写流利）。

6）有欧美企业工作经验者优先考虑。
