职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Act as office receptionist and ensure all phone standards are maintained in a positive and professional manner;
2. Handle and monitor the daily courier sending and receiving for the office;
3. Maintain Admin sourcing for the office, such as stationery, office equipment, household furniture, appliances, telephone, fax bill, water and electricity etc. To ensure the bills are paid on time, the contracts are maintained, and also the process meets the company's policies and procedures;
4. Maintain office's safety, such as door & lock maintenance, the first aid supplies in both the office and the company vehicle, etc. And to ensure they have adequate supplies and stocks that are within "Use by Dates";
5. To coordinate travel and accommodation for visitors including booking hotels, and travel tickets, arranging meetings and communicating travel plans with all relevant parties. And to ensure achieve the best solution and also cost effectiveness;
6. Car management to visitors and arrange the trip schedule for visitors and sourcing team;
7. Assist staff to apply the business visa as request of business trip;
8. Organize office activities; ex: birthday gathering, annual dinner;
9. Daily Admin management, including office decoration, purchase furniture, maintenance, rebuilds, fixed assets management, etc.
10. Contract management of travel agent, hotel and other office supplier;
11. Provide service for Expatriates, include looking for the apartment, Chinese Class, and apply the certificate of canton fair;
12. Other support on Admin & HR works when assigned by Admin Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above.
- At least 2 years advanced experience of Admin in MNC or trading company (relevant to apparel is a plus)
- Be familiar and love Fashion Industry.
- Excellent in MS office software, especially in Word, PPT and Excel.
- Native in Mandarin, fluent both in spoken and written English a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill and quick learner.
