Responsibilities:

1. Handling Import and Export issues independently and related files and documents preparation, check and verify the relative customs documents I/E verification
2. Process Booking Orders to forwarder as received requisition of shipping plan, schedule shipment dates according to the shipping schedule or required by Order Coordinator or other internal customer, provide acknowledgement accordingly.
3. Follow and coordinate all issues during shipping process including customs clearance, loading, inspection, regulation compliance
4. Confirm on the B/L and operate in reporting system
5. Coordinate with Ordering team and forwarder to set up shipping schedule with better service, lower cost.
6. Reconcile suppliers' invoice, packing list if matched with PO and update shipping status in shipment status report
7. Apply for payment based on accurate shipping documents to ensure timely shipping and cargo final release at destination
8. Send shipping documents to destination according to regulated timeline
9. Post carton ID to suppliers in advance and maintain correct ASN information in system based on setting rule for the purpose of warehouse receiving
10. Coordinate with ordering team, shipping team, QA Team, suppliers and all other relevant functions to ensure smooth operation flow
11. Filing all the hard copy of shipping documents according to company rule & upload relevant files under appropriate folders
12. System operation by daily maintenance
13. Assistance in import clearance and shipping follow up
14. Backup to other team members and all other duties defined by management
Qualification:
15. College degree
16. Ability to work under pressure
17. Team player who shows both cooperation and initiative

Experience:
- Documentation reconciliation experience with a multi-national trading company or sourcing center preferred.
- Experience of import or export is preferred.
- Experience of Asia shipping arrangement is required.
- Retail business experience is preferred.
- Experience of forwarder or carrier is preferred.
- Good in written English and good in oral English is preferred
- Good computer skill (Office Word and Excel) is essential
- Experience with ERP is preferred
