职位要求
1.、男女不限,28-45岁，本科及以上学历，具有较强的独立业务开拓能力，有较强的客户开发、服务能力，结合行情，为团队提供相应的思路，对业务开展提出建议；
2、3到5年以上期货/证券、外汇、黄金、白银研究分析经验优先；具有较强的工作责任心,良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
3、有参与培训或投资报告会的经验优先，具有较强的文字组织和语言表达能力；能够针对当前时事和热点经济新闻撰写有参考价值的评论分析文章，并在内部平台上进行发表；待遇从优！

岗位职责：
1、熟悉国际及国内金融市场，跟踪国内外宏观经济动向和行业发展动态，收集、分析相关行业的信息数据,能够进行相关性分析及讲解；
2、具有证券、期货、外汇、贵金属研究，定期提出分析报告； 协助公司相关课题研究；
3、负责就相关外汇、证券、期货、贵金属品种对员工、经纪人、居间人及客户的培训，同时协调公司市场推广活动的组织、策划工作；
4、负责客户档案的日常管理，提供与投资相关的其他增值服务，有较强的行情把握能力和投资分析能力，能协助销售人员发展及维护客户；

薪资待遇：
1、周一到周五上班；并享受有国家法定节假日。

Job requirements

Job responsibilities:
